Job Title: Junior Software Engineer 

Location: Remote (Pakistan)

Job Type: Full-Time, Remote

Work Hours: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM PKT (Includes 1-hour dinner break)

Z360 is an AI-powered business communication and automation platform, built under Zikra Infotech LLC, designed for SMBs. It includes omnichannel inboxes, AI agents, pipelines, lead management, ticketing systems, and integrations with modern tools. The product is fast-moving, and we are focused on building a strong, reliable, and scalable system.

We are hiring developers on a rolling basis to build across our product, agent layer, and infrastructure. You will ship production code from your first week and own meaningful work within your first month.

What You'll Do

➜ Build and ship features across the stack

➜ Develop AI agent workflows, tools, and integrations

➜ Work on third-party integrations (telephony, messaging, CRM)

➜ Collaborate directly with senior engineers and leadership

Tech Stack

➜ Frontend: React, TypeScript, Tailwind
➜ Backend: Node.js, Python, PHP (Laravel + Inertia)
➜ AI: LangGraph, MCP, OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock
➜ Infra: AWS, Docker, PostgreSQL, Redis

You do not need to know all of these. You need to pick up new tools fast.

Must Have

➜ Fluent in at least one modern language (TypeScript, Python, PHP, or similar)

➜ Strong fundamentals: data structures, APIs, Git, basic system design

➜ Built something on your own (side projects, open source, course work)

➜ Genuine curiosity about AI and agent systems

➜ Ownership mindset, comfortable with ambiguity

Nice to Have

➜ Laravel, Inertia, or React experience

➜ Worked with LLM APIs or agent frameworks

➜ Familiarity with MCP, telephony, or AWS
