Job Title: Junior Full Stack Developer 

Location: Remote (Pakistan)

Job Type: Full-Time, Remote

Work Hours: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM PKT (Includes 1-hour dinner break)

Z360 is an AI-powered business communication and automation platform, built under Zikra Infotech LLC, designed for SMBs. It includes omnichannel inboxes, AI agents, pipelines, lead management, ticketing systems, and integrations with modern tools. The product is fast-moving, and we are focused on building a strong, reliable, and scalable system.

We are now hiring a Full Stack Developer to help build, scale, and enhance the Z360 platform. This role is ideal for someone passionate about modern web development, AI-powered applications, and creating seamless user experiences from frontend to backend.

What You'll Do

➜ Develop and maintain scalable web applications using Laravel and modern frontend technologies

➜ Convert Figma designs into responsive, interactive, and pixel-perfect user interfaces using Tailwind CSS

➜ Build and integrate backend APIs, business logic, and database-driven features

➜ Collaborate with designers, developers, and product stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions

➜ Use GitHub for version control, pull requests, code reviews, and collaborative development

➜ Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT to improve productivity, debugging, and development workflows

➜ Design and maintain database structures that support business processes and platform growth

➜ Ensure application responsiveness, performance, and cross-device compatibility

➜ Integrate third-party services and APIs into the platform

➜ Stay up to date with modern development practices and contribute innovative ideas to product development

Must-Haves

➜ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)

➜ Strong proficiency in PHP and the Laravel framework

➜ Solid understanding of MVC architecture and software development principles

➜ Experience with Tailwind CSS and responsive frontend development

➜ Ability to convert Figma designs into production-ready code

➜ Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript

➜ Experience working with MySQL databases and writing efficient queries

➜ Familiarity with GitHub and version control workflows

➜ Experience integrating APIs and third-party services

➜ Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

➜ Reliable internet connection and ability to work effectively in a remote environment

Nice to Have

➜ Experience with AI-powered tools and workflows

➜ Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks and frontend libraries

➜ Experience working on SaaS products or CRM platforms

➜ Knowledge of deployment workflows and server management

➜ Understanding of software security best practices

➜ Experience contributing to collaborative development teams using Agile me
