Job Title: Sales & GTM Fellow

 

Location: Remote (Pakistan)

Job Type: Full-Time, Remote

Work Hours: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM PKT (Includes 1.5 hour dinner break)

We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Sales & GTM Fellow to join our Growth & Revenue Team. This role offers hands-on exposure to the complete go-to-market (GTM) process from market research and lead generation to discovery calls, pipeline management, and growth experimentation.

The ideal candidate is curious, proactive, comfortable communicating with prospects, and eager to learn how modern sales and growth teams operate. You will work closely with leadership while helping drive customer engagement and revenue growth across multiple business units.


 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • ✅ Market Research & ICP Development

    • Research industries, customer segments, and buyer personas.
    • Define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) for various products and services.
    • Build qualification criteria and prospect targeting frameworks.
    • Analyze market opportunities, competitors, and customer needs.

    ✅ Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation

    • Build and maintain targeted prospect lists.
    • Execute personalized outreach campaigns via email and LinkedIn.
    • Create tailored messaging based on prospect pain points and goals.
    • Follow up consistently to maximize response and conversion rates.

    ✅ Discovery Calls & Pipeline Management

    • Respond to inbound inquiries and qualify leads.
    • Schedule and conduct discovery calls with prospective clients.
    • Guide prospects through the sales process and next steps.
    • Maintain accurate CRM records, notes, activities, and follow-ups.
    • Track pipeline progress and identify opportunities for improvement.

    ✅ Sales Enablement & GTM Execution

    • Prepare call scripts, messaging frameworks, and objection-handling guides.
    • Assist in creating lightweight demos and customer presentations.
    • Support trial onboarding and customer activation efforts.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth lead handoffs.

    ✅ Growth Experiments & Performance Tracking

    • Design and execute small-scale GTM experiments.
    • Track outreach, conversion, and pipeline metrics.
    • Analyze campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities.
    • Document learnings and share recommendations with the team.

    ✅ AI-Powered Productivity

    • Utilize AI tools for research, outreach personalization, note-taking, and follow-ups.
    • Improve workflows and efficiency using modern AI solutions.
    • Ensure ethical and transparent use of AI in customer-facing activities.

    ✅ Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Work closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams.
    • Share customer feedback to improve messaging and offerings.
    • Support initiatives across Zikra Infotech LLC, Z360, as needed.
    • Follow privacy and compliance best practices, particularly when working with healthcare-related leads.

     

 


 

 

Qualifications & Skills

✔ Final-year student, recent graduate, or equivalent demonstrated experience
✔ Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
✔ Comfortable speaking on video calls and conducting live conversations
✔ Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills
✔ High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
✔ Proficiency with Google Workspace and spreadsheets
✔ Familiarity with CRM systems and sales workflows
✔ Experience using AI tools for research, writing, and productivity
✔ Reliable laptop, stable internet connection, and professional work environment
✔ Ability to work consistently during US Central overlap hours

 

Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required):

➕ Exposure to healthcare, SaaS, or US-based sales environments
➕ Experience with cold outreach platforms and sales engagement tools
➕ Basic knowledge of landing pages, funnels, or conversion optimization
➕ Experience supporting paid marketing campaigns or UGC initiatives
