Job Type: Full-Time, Remote

Work Hours: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM PKT (Includes 1-hour dinner break)

It includes omnichannel inboxes, AI agents, pipelines, lead management, ticketing systems, and integrations with modern tools. The product is fast-moving, and we are focused on building a strong, reliable, and scalable system.

We are now hiring a QA Engineer for Z360 (integrated under Zikra Infotech LLC) to ensure end-to-end product quality across web, iOS, and Android platforms.

This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, curious, and passionate about software quality, testing, and product improvement.

What You'll Do

• Test new features and existing flows across the Z360 web app, iOS app, and Android app, including inbox, pipelines, AI agents, voice/SMS, and integrations

• Write clear, reproducible bug reports with steps, expected vs actual behavior, screenshots, screen recordings, and logs

• Read through Laravel (PHP) backend code and Inertia/React JS frontend code to investigate issues and suggest where the bug likely lives

• Run regression cycles on every release before it ships, on both web and mobile

• Test AI agent behavior across edge cases (long conversations, weird inputs, multilingual queries, tool failures)

• Validate integrations (Telnyx, Gmail, Outlook, Calendar, etc.) and webhook flows

• Test on real devices and emulators across iOS and Android versions

• Suggest UX improvements you spot while testing, not just bugs

• Eventually help set up automated tests (Pest/PHPUnit for backend, Cypress/Playwright for web, Appium/Detox for mobile)

Must-Haves

• Bachelor's degree in CS, SE, or related (graduated within the last year, or graduating soon are also encouraged)

• Final year project or coursework related to software testing, QA, test automation, or quality engineering

• Comfortable reading code in PHP (Laravel) and JavaScript (React JS/Inertia). You don't need to be a Laravel pro, but you should be able to trace a request from controller to view

• Understanding of HTTP, REST APIs, browser dev tools, and how to read network/console logs

• Comfortable testing mobile apps on both iOS and Android, including using simulators, emulators, and real device debugging

• Familiar with Git, Postman, Chrome DevTools, and either Xcode/Android Studio for log inspection

• Strong written English; bug reports should be readable without follow-up questions

• Genuinely curious. You should enjoy finding edge cases

Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with Pest, PHPUnit, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, or Detox

• Familiarity with Postman/Insomnia for API testing

• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Bitbucket Pipelines, etc.)

• Basic SQL skills (MySQL/PostgreSQL)

• Experience testing AI/LLM-based products

• Familiarity with SaaS or CRM-style products

• Experience with TestFlight, Firebase App Distribution, or similar mobile beta channels
