Job Title: Video Editor 

Location: Remote (Pakistan)

Job Type: Full-Time, Remote

Work Hours: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM PKT (Includes 1.5-hour dinner break)

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor who can transform ideas and raw footage into engaging, high-quality short-form content. The ideal candidate should have strong editing skills, a good sense of visual storytelling, and the ability to produce fast, trend-driven edits for social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Video Editing & Post-Production

• Edit high-quality short-form and long-form video content (especially reels, ads, and social media videos).

• Use editing tools to produce professional-quality outputs.

• Apply color grading, transitions, sound design, motion graphics, and visual effects.

• Transform raw footage into engaging, story-driven content.

• Ensure fast turnaround time while maintaining high-quality standards.
  
  

✅ Short-Form Content Creation

• Create scroll-stopping content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.

• Edit videos based on current social media trends and viral formats.

• Optimize content for maximum engagement, retention, and shareability.

• Adapt content style based on platform requirements and audience behavior

✅ Motion Graphics & Visual Enhancement

• Add motion graphics, animations, captions, subtitles, and visual effects where required.

• Enhance storytelling using dynamic visual elements.

• Maintain consistent branding and visual identity across all videos.

• Work on creative enhancements to make content more engaging and impactful.

✅ Collaboration & Feedback Implementation

• Work closely with content creators, marketers, and designers to execute video ideas.

• Incorporate feedback from team leads and clients effectively.

• Participate in brainstorming sessions for creative video concepts.

• Ensure alignment of video content with marketing goals and brand strategy 

Qualifications & Skills

✔ 1–3 years of experience in video editing
✔ Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects
✔ Good understanding of motion graphics & visual storytelling
✔ Experience in short-form/social media content editing
✔ Knowledge of color grading, transitions, and audio editing
✔ Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
✔ Strong attention to detail and creativity

Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required):

➕ Experience with AI editing tools
➕ Graphic design or thumbnail creation skills
➕ Knowledge of viral/reels-based content strategies
➕ Experience working with agencies or global clients
